Rekha Menon is an International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with 20 years of professional experience.

Her 12 years of industry experience working with leaders across all levels in an organization in managerial decision-making and control, gives her a unique perspective that enables her to empower her clients via powerful and successful transformative coaching experiences. For 8 years, Rekha has coached more than 285 clients across 30 countries.

Her coaching philosophy is based on honoring each client as an expert in his/her life and work, and acknowledging that her role as a coach is to empower and support them in their journey to reach their highest potential. Through coaching, Rekha provides the space and nudge needed for clients to see things differently and take charge of their lives; to become better versions of themselves.

Before her training with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and securing the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials, Rekha did her MBA (Finance) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), University of Pune. She also holds a Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.

Sanjeev Menon is a general management and business transformation executive with over 28 years of experience driving transformation and business development initiatives in APAC, EMEA, UK, and LATAM.

He brings in-depth experience in scaling up business, enhancing ordinary capabilities, building dynamic capabilities, and delivering strategic initiatives on a global scale.

Driven by a zeal to help people and organizations maximize their potential and grow; Sanjeev brings together a broad-based yet systematic understanding of people, commerce, technology, and management that enables him to guide PEC through the various evolutionary phases of our growth.

Sanjeev holds dual postgraduate degrees in management from Symbiosis Centre of Management & Human Resource Development (SCMHRD). He is also an ICWAI (Intermediate) rank holder with advanced degrees in Strategic Management and Corporate Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta) and the Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore) respectively.
